Which ASCE 7 edition does it use?

ASCE 7-22 — the current standard adopted by the Florida Building Code 8th Edition and most states. It is not a 7-16 tool; the coefficients, wind maps, and equations are 7-22.

What does the calculator actually output?

Design pressures in psf for the surface you select — components & cladding by zone, MWFRS by wall and roof face, or roof uplift — plus the velocity pressure and every coefficient, packaged as a downloadable Engineering Report.

Is the Engineering Report a sealed report?
