PE Sign-and-Seal

When the permit set needs a stamp

Add a licensed engineer's seal to your report. Our in-house Florida P.E. handles in-state work; our PE network covers the rest.

  • Sign-and-seal available in all 50 states via our PE network
  • In-house FL P.E. for Florida residential, up to 3 stories
  • Out-of-state projects route to a PE licensed in that state
  • Official seal and signature building officials recognize
The seal is a separate service. Run or order the report first, then add the stamp only when your permit set requires one.

Service questions

Which service should I pick?

Pick the software if you run wind loads regularly and want to do them yourself. Pick expert calculations for a one-off project or a deadline crunch. Add PE sign-and-seal whenever a permit set needs a licensed engineer's stamp. You can combine all three.

Can you sign and seal outside Florida?

Yes. PE sign-and-seal is available in all 50 states through our PE network. Our in-house Florida P.E. handles Florida residential projects up to three stories directly; out-of-state work routes to a licensed engineer in the project's state.

What is the turnaround on done-for-you calculations?

Most expert calculation projects are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. You receive a permit-ready Engineering Report with every coefficient cited to its ASCE 7-22 reference. Complex or multi-building projects may take longer, and we confirm the timeline in your quote.

Is the calculator output a sealed report?

No. The software produces an Engineering Report with full per-coefficient citations. A PE seal is the separate sign-and-seal service. Many clients run the report themselves, then add the seal only when the permit set requires one.

Do you support Florida HVHZ projects?

Yes. The software applies Florida Building Code overrides for High-Velocity Hurricane Zone jurisdictions including Miami-Dade and Broward. Our Florida P.E. handles in-state residential sealing up to three stories.

Can I export to Excel or AutoCAD?

Yes. Reports export to PDF, Excel (.xlsx), and CSV. The .xlsx export drops cleanly into AutoCAD workflows and your own spreadsheets, with no per-report fees.
