Contact questions, answered

How fast will I hear back?

Form and email replies land within 1–2 business hours during business hours. Phone is answered live whenever we're at our desks; leave a message after hours and we call back the next business morning.

Which email should I use?

Use sales@windloadcalc.com for plans, trials, and quotes; support@windloadcalc.com for login, billing, or calculator help; and info@windloadcalc.com for anything else. All three reach our team.

Can you sign and seal my calculations?

Yes. Our in-house Florida P.E. signs and seals Florida residential projects up to three stories. For other states, PE sign-and-seal is available through the firm's PE network, and you can also have your own licensed engineer review the permit-ready package.

Do I need an account to reach you?

No. The phone line, email addresses, and project form are open to everyone — subscribers and first-time visitors alike. You don't need to log in to ask a question.

What should I include in my message?

Tell us the project location, the component or system involved, and your deadline. The more detail you give, the faster we can point you to the right calculator or service.
